Thanks to everyone who took the time to vote on the expatsblogs awards - ended up with a golden birthday gift today in the form of a 1st place ribbon for Indian blogs in expatsblog's 2012 awards. Aww, I'm feeling the love.
At first it was a humorous experiment after noticing that my three-month-old blog had been nominated for a blog award in the first place. Being a relatively new award, the other blogs hardly
had any reviews. Fifty three votes later ..and I believe a couple of coffee promises from Ratnesh, and I now have ...new html code on the side-bar...
Lets be honest, there are many more comprehensive expat blogs out there from well-established bloggers, but I want to say a really big THANKS to anyone who reads my posts, including those who wrote a review - some of them were really sweet - Love to you all!

I can see we have both had our trials with new cooking mechanisms too - you with inducted cooking, me with pressure cookers.. :)
